Do more of what you enjoy
If you don't have a hobby, discover one. Experiment. Hobbies don't have to take up lots of time. It could be something as simple as watching your favourite TV programme once a week. Do more of what you enjoy, give time for you, and learn to value yourself by finding out what you like. Give yourself permission to find 'you' interesting. Value yourself and your own needs as well as giving your time to others around you.
